Some people might remember the news article we posted a couple of weeks ago about a ST1600 slurry tanker bound for Jersey that was specially designed for the island's narrow roads. We recently had to undertake a similar modification to a ST2000 slurry tanker also destined for Jersey, and also sold by our dealer there, Ernie Le Feuvre. The re-design of the ST2000 to make it narrower was a bit more complicated, as our standard ST2000 has cut-in wheels. To make this project possible we used a longer, narrower tank and fitted smaller 550-60 x 22.5 floatation tyres to help bring the width down.
